Clear boundaries around what Gonzay does — and what it does not do.
Gonzay is designed to help businesses organise insurance policy records, documents and renewal dates. It is a software tool for insurance administration — not an insurance broker, insurer or insurance adviser.
Gonzay helps organise insurance information. It does not provide insurance advice.
Information shown on Gonzay or on this website is provided for general information and business administration purposes. It should not be treated as a personal recommendation, financial advice, insurance advice, legal advice or a substitute for checking your actual policy documents and speaking with an appropriately qualified or authorised professional where needed.
Purpose of Gonzay
Gonzay is a business insurance policy management and renewal reminder software platform. Its purpose is to help users keep policy information, renewal dates, premiums, certificates, schedules and other related records in one organised place.
The platform is an administrative tool. It is not intended to assess whether a policy is suitable, sufficient or appropriate for a particular person, business, trade, contract or risk.
No insurance, financial or legal advice
Nothing provided by Gonzay should be understood as insurance advice, a personal recommendation, financial advice or legal advice. Gonzay does not recommend a particular insurer, policy, product, level of cover, excess, policy limit or insurance arrangement.
If you need help deciding what insurance to buy or whether your existing cover meets your needs, you should speak with an appropriately authorised insurance professional, your broker or your insurer.
Not an insurance broker or insurer
Gonzay does not itself sell, underwrite, place or arrange contracts of insurance. It does not negotiate policy terms on your behalf and does not act as your insurer, insurance broker or insurance intermediary.
Using Gonzay to record information about an insurance policy does not create an insurance contract and does not change the terms, validity or scope of any insurance you already hold.
You remain responsible for insurance decisions.
You are responsible for deciding what insurance your business requires, checking that cover remains appropriate and complying with any contractual, regulatory, client, landlord, lender or other requirements that apply to your business.
Before relying on any policy detail, always check the current policy schedule, certificate, wording, endorsement or other official document issued by your insurer or broker.
Renewal dates, alerts and reminders are provided to make insurance administration easier. They are not a guarantee that a policy will remain in force, renew automatically or be renewed on time.
You remain responsible for checking your actual renewal date, acting before deadlines and confirming renewal directly with the relevant insurer, broker or provider.
You should not rely on Gonzay as your only method of monitoring a critical insurance deadline.
Gonzay helps organise information, but official policy records still matter.
Accuracy of information
Gonzay may display information entered, uploaded or maintained by users. The usefulness of that information depends on it being complete, accurate and kept up to date.
Users should review records regularly and correct any inaccurate or outdated information. Gonzay should not be treated as the authoritative source for policy terms where official insurance documents are available.
Uploaded policy documents
Document storage is provided to help organise copies of certificates, schedules, policy wording and related files. Uploading a document to Gonzay does not verify that the document is genuine, current, complete or legally sufficient for a particular purpose.
Where evidence of insurance is required by a client, authority, landlord, lender or other party, confirm that you are providing the correct and current document requested by that party.
Claims and policy performance
Gonzay does not determine whether a claim is covered and does not make decisions on claims. If an incident occurs or you believe you may need to make a claim, follow the notification requirements in your policy and contact your insurer, broker or claims contact as soon as appropriate.
Third-party information and service availability.
Third-party websites and information
Gonzay may occasionally refer or link to external websites, insurers, brokers, public bodies or other third-party resources for convenience. A link does not mean Gonzay endorses, controls or accepts responsibility for that third party, its services or its content.
Service availability
Gonzay aims to provide a reliable service, but websites, software, email delivery and notification systems can occasionally be unavailable, delayed or affected by technical issues. Users should maintain appropriate business processes for important insurance deadlines and records rather than relying on a single digital notification or service.
Use Gonzay for administration, not as a replacement for professional judgement.
Gonzay is intended to support administration, not replace professional judgement, official insurance documents or direct communication with an insurer or broker. To the extent permitted by law, Gonzay is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of user-entered records, reminders or general information displayed through the service.
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits any liability or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
If you have a question about how Gonzay works or what the platform is designed to do, contact us. For questions about your actual insurance cover, policy suitability or a claim, contact an appropriately authorised insurance professional or your insurance provider.
