By accessing or using Gonzay, creating an account, or purchasing a paid plan, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with any plan, pricing, privacy or other terms that are clearly presented as applying to your use of the service.
Business-focused service
Gonzay is designed primarily to help businesses organise insurance policy records, documents and renewal information.
If any mandatory legal rights apply to you and cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, nothing in these terms is intended to remove those rights.
What Gonzay provides
Gonzay provides software tools for policy administration, renewal visibility, document organisation and related record-keeping.

Keep your account secure and your records accurate.
You are responsible for the information submitted through your account and for keeping your login credentials reasonably secure.

Paid plans follow the pricing and billing terms shown when you subscribe.
Where Gonzay offers a paid plan, the applicable price, billing period, included features and any renewal basis shown at checkout or on the relevant plan page form part of your agreement.
Subscription fees
You agree to pay the charges shown for the plan you select, together with any taxes that are properly applicable to the transaction.
Renewal & cancellation
Any automatic renewal arrangement, billing frequency and cancellation method will apply as disclosed when you subscribe or within your account.
Cancelling a plan stops future renewal in accordance with the applicable billing terms. Any refund or cancellation right required by law remains unaffected.
Failed payments
If a payment cannot be completed, access to paid features may be restricted or suspended until the payment issue is resolved, subject to any rights that apply by law.
Use Gonzay lawfully and responsibly.
You must not use Gonzay in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or intended to interfere with the platform, other users or the security of the service.

Attempt to bypass security controls, access another user's account or probe systems without permission.

Your content
You retain responsibility for information, records and documents you upload or enter into Gonzay and must have the right to use and store that content.

Gonzay helps organise information but does not independently verify every policy number, date, premium, document or other user-entered record.
Official documents
Where accuracy matters, check the current certificate, policy schedule, wording, endorsement or other official document issued by your insurer or broker.

Intellectual property
Gonzay and its website, branding, software, interface, original text and other platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
Unless we expressly permit otherwise, using Gonzay does not transfer ownership of those rights to you.
Third-party services & links
Gonzay may rely on or link to third-party services such as hosting, payment, email or other technical providers.
Third-party websites and services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Gonzay does not control every external website linked from the service.
We may maintain, improve or change Gonzay over time.
We aim to keep Gonzay available and useful, but software services can occasionally be interrupted by maintenance, technical faults, security work or circumstances outside reasonable control.
We may update, improve, replace or discontinue individual features where reasonably necessary for the operation, security or development of the service.
Do not rely on one software reminder as your only method of monitoring an important insurance deadline.
Maintain copies of important documents where your business needs independent access to them.
Limits, suspension and termination.
Limitation of responsibility
Gonzay is an administration tool and is not responsible for deciding whether your insurance is suitable, sufficient or valid.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Suspension
We may temporarily restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect security, investigate misuse, address unpaid charges or comply with legal obligations.
Ending your account
You may stop using Gonzay at any time. Any cancellation, data retention or account closure process will be handled in accordance with the applicable plan terms, privacy obligations and legal requirements.
